“I ordered thermafleece cosywool on line but was able to speak to a lady at Celtic Sustainables on the phone about technical and practical issues. The only issue was that I could not track the delivery but the lady at the office was again very helpful. I am pleased with the product, which is pleasant to lay and environmentally friendly”

“Bought wool insulation for use in a summer house (so it can also be used in winter). Lovely product to work with., has good noise reducing property. Too soon to test heat retention but I imagine they are very good. Delivery was prompt as promised.”

“Postage was speedy. Quality of goods is high. But particularly pleased with the range of sustainable products that are difficult to find elsewhere on the market. The paint takes some getting used to but even the lack is smell is worth it.”

“Excellent experience. The product I wanted to but wasn’t currently in stock so I received a courteous email noting this to me with the option of waiting or being refunded. They underpromised and over delivered on the expected timings and made sure it was next day delivery (rather then standard as advertised). Competitive price on the product also.”

“An excellent company to deal with. We purchased several batches of Earthborn Silicate Masonry Paint and Primer to decorate our 10 year old lime rendered eco house. The company was easy to deal with on line, deliveries were prompt, the price was competitive and a telephone enquiry was easily answered. We would use this company again. The paint is lovely to use also.”

“Order was processed and delivered quickly and efficiently. Packing was recyclable although it was frustrating to have the paint tins in a plastic bag to contain any leakage. Will use again.”

“Delivery came on time and well packaged. One tin of paint had burst but the packaging ensured no leakage or mess. Celtic Sustainables were excellent at the way they dealt with the ensuing replacement.”
