“Your customer service is excellent. Very friendly telephone conversation. i needed my paint very quickly and got advice on colour and type for your advisor. the delivery was prompt and I asked for it to be left in a certain place ,and it was.This doesnt always happen when I use other companies!1 No all round I had excellent service and will definately use your company again. many thanks.”

“Prompt delivery of water butt. Product looks as described i.e. Looks like a wooden barrel so not an eyesore at the front of house. Feed in pipe hole not predrilled but drill bit supplied. Copper tap fits well and looks quality. Quite a volume of water cannot be accessed as tap is positioned to get a watering can underneath and you need a volume of water above the tap to give sufficient pressure otherwise it trickles out so slowly. So stated capacity is not all useable but there is a drainage hole at the bottom.”

“Recently I was looking for some insulation to fill in the nooks and crannies in my van. I found the product, Thermafleece - 75% sheep's wool. After searching online for a supplier I found that Celtic Sustainables were the only company that could supply a small amount with reasonable postage. I ordered a 50 x 370 x 13000 roll for £23.00 with 5.00 p&p. My order was dispatched promptly and I received it the next day. Well done Celtic Sustainables and super fast courier. I would recommend Thermafleece to anyone who is looking for a natural product. No need to wear gloves, face mask and no itchy skin afterwards, wonderful. Thanks Celtic Sustainables”

“The paint samples are great and I look forward to making up my mind about which colour I want to paint the room. Initially I thought that the delivery service was extremely slow and our order was forgotten. But it turns out that the carrier you use left the parcel with a neighbour and did not leave us a note to say so, so we had no idea it had been delivered.”
