“Great recycled insulation to use. Disappointed that direct from manufacturer, I got a full roll cut in two halfs instead of being able to buy a full roll, and found similar insulation but twice as thick and cheaper at B&Q £36 I paid £55 delivered.”

“What fantastic service, especially given the difficult situation we are all in. We have used Cosywool to insulate our shed that we are turning into a proper cabin. It is so nice to use, no masks or gloves required and it feels like we have been wrapped in a big cosy jumper, great sound insulation too. Many thanks to Celtic Sustainables. I would highly recommend. p.s I've used off cuts to protect my veg patch, the slugs hate it !!”

Richard, Your order was placed less than a week after a nationwide lockdown was initiated. Collections at the time were simply not viable or safe, given that we had massively reduced members of staff on-site coinciding with a massive increase in demand. The safety of the public and members of staff is always going to take priority in such situations. Scheduled collections were re-instated a few weeks after, once we felt it safe to do so.
