“Returned item still not refunded , told to contact my bank , who say it’s nothing to do with them. Very poor , will have to take up with trading standards I think.”

Hi Jamie, I can confirm that we initiated the refund on the day the item was returned, we sent over information to show the initiation of the refund on our side. It does take a few days (3-5 working days) for the banks to clear funds back into your account for this particular payment provider, as of right now we are within the 4th working day since we started the refund process. Others take much longer, some shorter. “I am sure its the logistics operator not cs, but it was pretty irritating that the delivery driver didnt rive up the drive and instead dumped everything curbside (with a man on crutches).”

“The supasoft was easy to work with. I like the white colour, and using recycled plastic which felt less harmful than more traditional alternatives. I found the 39cm width just a bit narrow, leaving some gaps, and even just and extra centimetre to 400mm would be a useful improvement.”
