“Having bought a rainwater diverter via this companies website which in fairness the quality looks fine but dimensions stated as to which size downpipes this will fit are misleading as when I went to install on my 'regular size' downpipe being the same commonly fitted all over England it would not fit. What's even more frustrating having now emailed this company TWICE & telephoned no less than FOUR times each hearing a very apologetic receptionist sadly the 'person' I need to speak with to return this item has NEVER replied to my emails or telephone calls therefore I strongly recommend if buying one of these divertor products you purchase from a reputable firm NOT this one.”

“the wool.insulation is lovely to use, no need for hazmat suits you need for fibre glass, just cut to size and fit in. Warm as toast!”

“Really quick delivery and a great product - and for the quality competitively priced. We have not installed the insulation yet but it is obviously really good quality - really dense and resilient. It will be great to handle - traditional insulation brings me out in a rash. We are trying to make our barn conversion as sustainable as possible with a low impact on the environment and this really ticks the boxes for us. We don't mind the slight 'sheepy' smell either. I'm sure it will fade with time and its other attributes more than make up for this.”

“Thermafleece Cosywool and polyester are excellent product at a decent price. Polyester is fine if enclosed as if alighted it burns violently. For my boarded loft are Cosywool is great as I can just roll it back any time I want without any irritation. Very pleased so far.”

“The paint arrived on time. I have used this paint before and found it to be excellent. It is quite thick and covers very well. It leaves virtually no odour at all, which is great as I have some family members with allergies who react strongly to the smell of conventional paint. It's more expensive than conventional paint, but in my view is worth every penny”
