“The polyester insulation is a good product using recycled materials. Easy to cut and use ... no need for a mask and gloves. Online purchase and delivery was straightforward. Overall: very satisfied.”

“Very easy to navigate around the website and ordering was simple. Had several emails regarding confirmed order and delivery date. Product is very easy to use and not itchy at all. Had plenty and loft looks nice and white and I am sure I will save a few quid next winter due to keeping the house warmer.”

“For the first time, and with some uncertainty, I ordered a 5 litre tin of Claypaint on the internet. I shouldn’t have worried. The paint arrived speedily and was well packed, so no spills. Excellent service.”

“I wish I could give Five stars however I experienced poor customer service when wishing to arrange a return of a substandard product. The delivery and quality of the paint was exceptional though and as such it gets a three rating.”

“First class service. I was able to ring the retailer to ensure I would get my order the next day. The guy on the phone liaised with his colleagues to make sure I would get my order on time and he rang me back to confirm this. I got my order the next day as promised, excellently packaged. Can't fault the service and will definitely order again.”

“Excellent, extremely professional company to deal with. One package in my order went missing (couriers fault) - Celtic sustainables noticed immediately and chased it up without me having to lift a finger. Kept me updated by phone and it was delivered later that day. Excellent service. Second time I've used them and both times very pleased.”
