“Such a good experience. Lovely, easy to use site. I found the perfect paint at an excellent price. Its careful packaging meant that it arrived quickly and in good condition so I was able to get started on the decorating whilst still in the mood. “Great product, great price but compared to other things I have ordered recently (bed, mattress) the delivery process could have been much better. Couldn't add to my order once I had started without starting again so only ordered 5 pots of paint in the end. Delivery then took quite a long time (I ordered Thurs night and it came following wed). Although I was warned it was a lorry delivering, it was no good for welsh country lanes so easier to meet it on the main road. I understand that this may have been the most economical option as this was when the lorry was going past but maybe clear details of the delivery service should be stated at checkout.”

“I placed my order and expected it would arrive within the next 3 or 4 days but no they came the next day. Have used the Earthborn clay paint (which I have used before) and really love this product. Have yet to use the Osmo Polyx-Oil so will perhaps let you know about that later.”
