“I live near Penzance and am used to long delivery times and "Next day delivery" not actually meaning next day for the TR postcodes. However... I ordered my pot of paint on a Monday, mid-morning, and it arrived the next day, very well packaged and with impeccable paperwork and service. I am truly impressed.”

“Good company to deal with, competitive prices. Ordered 2 stove fans, one was the wrong size, phoned them, the correct item was delivered the next day and the incorrect item collected.”

“Ordered the insulation and paid for next day delivery but unfortunately the insulation was out of stock. I received a phone call telling me this and every effort was made to ensure that it turned up next day, great customer service and the insulation is very good and easy to use, a lot easier than clambering under the floor boards all day.”

“Very happy with the ordering process. Reasonably priced. What I didn't like was the amount of polyethylene packaging that I was left with. Not sustainable! Surely there's an alternative?”
