“Great product but appalling communication and customer service. The person I dealt with was very nice however the information I wad given was completely wrong on multiple occasions. Ended up waiting in for days for a delivery that never came and then when I ordered again I was told my order was out of stock, would be about a week, and was assured they would let me know which day I needed to wait in on (delivery is to a house I don't yet live at and it's currently a building site). None of these things happened so ended up with the order thankfully being accepted and looked after by the roofers until I could get there. I spent just shy of £2000 and they couldn't be bothered to tell me when to expect my delivery despite promising to do so. l won't be ordering from them again.”

“I purchased the 100mm thick by 400mm wide rolls to line the inside of a van as a camper conversion. The wool mix was of a good quality and consistent thickness that plumped out to 100mm after a bit of shaking. I recommend finding a strong cutting mechanism because dress making scissors will struggle and will take three or more shallow cut passes to cut a roll. The odour is not strong as people would make out and after a week I can't smell any sheep like smells coming from the van. Very happy with the product and found the price for delivery very reasonable too.”

“The product is fantastic and exactly as described. I was however disappointed with the delivery aspects. The delivery dates were given and I arranged to return home; however, the item arrived two days early; which could be good for some customers but I was not home. The delivery driver left the item (worth over £100) on my doorstep without giving any notification of delivery by email or even attempted at a neighbour.”
