“Outstanding service. I have placed 2 orders for insulation recently online, in the evening. Both times I received confirmation of shipment before midday the following day and the goods were delivered the next morning. Their prices are comparable with other distributors, but their shipping charges are far less. On the second order I had a product quality problem. I emailed them in the evening and had confirmation by 9am the following day that they had raised the issue with the manufacturer. After a couple of emails and phone conversations, a satisfactory resolution was agreed on by midday.”

“I’m sure the new fan motor is fine but changing it made no difference to the Eco-fan. Save yourself money and spend £3 on some thermal paste. Spread this on both sides of the peltier(look it up) and this will do the job. Do this before you buy a new motor.”

“Took a few days to adapt to the alternative feel of the pillow but very happy now it's starting wearing in. Makes me wonder why more pillows aren't made of naturally occuring materials to reduce plastic reliance and use.”

“The insulation is good, exactly what i wanted. Too much packaging though- it's some wool, wrapped up like it's a faberge egg. Government needs to bring in packaging regs for sure, so much rubbish.”
