“I was given the wrong sized products although later sorted by the company. Plus their courier choice of APC won't leave parcels and insists on signatures. I run a business that involves not waiting around all day everyday at home and I can't order from Celtic Sustainables again for that reason alone.”

“Your big problem is the people who do your deliveries being unable to undersand or follow instructions. This is made worse by the impossible/ non working communication system suggested on the cards that they leave. Having asked for delivery to the back garden they delivered to a neighbour! The boxes are also not quite up to redelivery so arrived falling apart.”

“I had just fitted a roll of usual insulation 'wool' and it made my skin itch, eyes burn and lungs coughing to try to get rid of the glass fibres inhaled. Then I ordered two roll of real wool and it was so lovely - no gloves and no mask but absolutely no adverse effects at all. This Thermafleece cosywool insulation is worth every penny. On top of this, it is better for the environment and better for sheep farmers as they can sell their wool at a time when the price of sheep is so low. Company delivered quickly and with no problems.”
