“The hemp and lime was well packaged and delivered quickly (even in these difficult times) and is an excellent insulation material for our internal walls (replacing rotted-away wattle and daub)”

“I was a little concerned my pump would be delayed due to Covid 19. I rang the office to chase my delivery date and was informed it was in queue to be despatched. I explained it was required to pump water up to a herd of cattle as they were dehydrated due to the warm weather. We received the pump the next day and the cows were vet happy. Excellent service and staff that care. Thank you!”

“Great quality, vegan friendly paint at a great price. Each order arrives quickly and packaged efficiently, but no plastic used. Brilliant! The woman I spoke to also let me know that I could get more product at a cheaper price than what I had ordered, and so changed my order and refunded me. Not many companies would be so honest. Thanks again.”

“The product was easy to order on-line from Celtic Sustainables website and it was delivered well within the projected time frame. I live in Lancaster, Lancashire, only 40 miles from where SupaSoft insulation is manufactured. I'm just surprised that my nearest stockist is in S.W. Wales - but I cannot complain at the service from Celtic Sustainables; overall excellent.”
