“Well made and good looking product. Delivered on time. I'd like to see the design altered to allow for different water connections to it. As delivered, you can only connect a hose to it. I wanted to connect it to a PEX pipe and needed to change the connection to make this work.”

Hi there, We see that you ordered a pot of "White Clay" Claypaint. Though it's not a brilliant white, it's certainly a shade of white rather than brown, as you have described. We would love to know if there is an issue here, whether it be a picking error or a problem with the tin supplied by the manufacturer, as this is the first time we have been made aware of your issue. “They sell some good products, an excellent range of paint for example. Delivery was prompt. They soon answered my email enquiry, when my order arrived damaged. What I can't fathom is why the carriers of the two orders I have placed with Celtic Sustainables, both contrived to dent the paint tins, without damaging the cartons that enclosed them.”

“So the product l bought was some beautiful natural paint pigments which did just what l wanted. The reason l didn’t give 5stars was because firstly you need an awful lot of the pigment for a deep colour and secondly l only found out after mixing the pigment into the paint that it must be used up quickly or it makes the paint go off ! Apart from that - wonderful!”
