“I was doing some research around loft insulation and wanted to use natural wool. Celtic Sustainables offered the best price. The service was impeccable, the rolls arrived promptly and material was easy to use. I ended up with a whole pack of unused insulation. CS arranged a pick up and refund, again, no fuss. Fully recommend.”

“I am very happy with my sheep’s wool insulation, and with the process of ordering and delivery. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, and the delivery driver was also friendly and helpful. But I was very disappointed to find that the wool was wrapped in three layers of plastic, one of which is a kind of clingfilm that I think can’t be recycled. For the rest I am left with a heap of plastic sheeting and bags that I now have to try to work out how to find somewhere to recycle it. I bought this product as a sustainable, environmentally friendly product, and it is really disappointing to have packaging that is not at all environmentally friendly.”
