“Recently purchased this for our stud wall it was well packaged and felt very soft after installation and plastering work done there was a pungent smell however I spoke to the after sales team and had a quick response so I was reassured this would fade once wall had dried out. This has been the case and all is good no smell now. Would recommend this item and company great after sales team.”
