“It would have been 5* but the delivery driver called me a minute before delivery to ask for final directions. I was miles away in my car. As luck someone was at home to take delivery.”

“Love that it is an UK based company using English wool. Quick order processing and delivery. Only small criticism is the order was delivered in two parts on two different days but I was only given one order number. So I didn't find out about the second delivery until I rang them to ask where the rest of my order was.”

“Ordered grey rainwater diverter with built-in filter. Haven't tried it yet as I have to replace guttering to make it fit together but it seems very solidly made, possibly in Germany. Time will tell if the mesh filter inside will last. Might be made of stainless steel so rust should no issue.”

“Easy to use and seems to have a good insulation rating. The size of 100mm thick, I ordered, was not what I received. However, because of the need to install, I just used more of the 75mm which read supplied.”

“Your big problem is the people who do your deliveries being unable to undersand or follow instructions. This is made worse by the impossible/ non working communication system suggested on the cards that they leave. Having asked for delivery to the back garden they delivered to a neighbour! The boxes are also not quite up to redelivery so arrived falling apart.”

“Good product, good price, delivered in a timely manner. Only quibble would be that splitting every pack of two rolls and packing again in separate cardboard boxes seems a little wasteful (unsustainable?)”

“The product looks good and arrived well wrapt. I was informed that there was a slight delay of delivery due to increased demand. It was only delayed by 3 or 4 days. I was informed that it had been shipped but I didn't receive a delivery date. Fortunately I was at home when it arrived the delivery driver was very helpful.”

“Very good service. After ordering online they took the time to call me to explain that the paint i ordered would come straight from the manufacturers the next day. The only problem was that somewhere between the online order form and the courier it got sent to my home address instead of the job where i was working. Which meant that i travelled 60 mile round trip for nothing as i needed the paint that day. So i would suggest that if they are not 100% clear on the delivery address to make a further phone call. Other than that i would thoroughly recommend celtic sustainables.”

Hi there, I quickly crossed checked everything on our side as this is serious if it happens. However, it looks like the delivery went to the address you specified on the online order, including the proof of delivery from the supplier.
