“Our new water butt arrived with a part missing. We hadn't realised we should have ordered it separately. After a telephone call it arrived the next day, free of charge. We are delighted with the water butt (which is completely full already!) and the customer services department could not have been more obliging.”

“Your goods-out excluded two parts of delivery of 6 packages. Signed for courier service delivered order in 3 parts over 3 days of what was actually a 2 part delivery. Phoning Celtic twice to chase delivery progress got fast efficient updates. Emailing Celtic to query underfloor installation got fast and clear responces.”

“Celtic sustainables are very good. We have shopped on-line and also in their Cardigan shop. Each time it has been a trouble free and reassuring experience. Their delivery is quick and their staff are helpful both on the ‘phone and in person. The website is easy to navigate and to order. Recommend them thoroughly.”

“What a great buying experience! I ordered paint online late at night and found the website really easy to use. The next morning I realised I had forgotten a particular colour paint so I phoned CS. The lady I spoke to was super helpful and pleasant and just added it to my delivery with no extra charge. It all arrived within 2 days. Brilliant!”
