“No problem with speed of delivery - you just sent me the wrong thing. I have been in touch with Baavet direct and they will be putting it right, but this is the first time I have had any problems with ordering a Baavet product and it is a shame that someone got it wrong. What was delivered was a super king sized medium weight duvet, what I ordered was a single mattress topper!!”

“Have ordered twice from Celtic Sustainables,never heard of them before but had the best prices on Ecofans so i went for it. My Orders came very quickly and well packaged. From my experience I had no issues,they are an efficient and reliable company to deal with. I will recommend to friends and family and will visit again myself when needed. Thank You.”

“Great service and duvet Duvet was delivered quickly and now comes in a sustainable carry bag. This duvet has four big advantages over conventional duvets: 1. Is easier to get into the duvet cover, as it is thiner for the same TOG value 2. Lays flat, so gives a nice smooth look 3. Does not need constant shaking to prevent all the filling and weight going the the foot of the bed. 4. UV light 'cleaning' A fantastic product and can be highly recommended. We definitely not go back to another type of duvet. Phone advice is excellent as well.”
