“Purchased a couple of rolls of Thermafleece to trial for insulating under an area of floor that was only covered by vinyl flooring and was always freezing under foot in a static caravan. Clean and easy to work with and seems to be doing the trick, I will be purchasing more to do the rest of the caravan.”

“Lovely paint. Goes on really well. My decorator loves it. Will use in all my rooms from now on. Delivery great. I used the economy option 2-4 working days arrived less than 48 hrs later. Great service.”

“They had the range of paint I needed, but I failed to notice that the expedited delivery I paid for referred to next business day rather than next day. This meant that the paint arrived on Monday when I had needed it on Saturday.”

“Our new water butt arrived with a part missing. We hadn't realised we should have ordered it separately. After a telephone call it arrived the next day, free of charge. We are delighted with the water butt (which is completely full already!) and the customer services department could not have been more obliging.”

“Your goods-out excluded two parts of delivery of 6 packages. Signed for courier service delivered order in 3 parts over 3 days of what was actually a 2 part delivery. Phoning Celtic twice to chase delivery progress got fast efficient updates. Emailing Celtic to query underfloor installation got fast and clear responces.”
