“I have used Celtic sustainables in the past and always found the service very good. This time was no different when I had an issue with damage during delivery. Despite being well packaged, the tins had clearly been dropped from a height by the courier, who left them on my door step and swiftly left me to discover the problem. One of the tins was split, leaking and unable to be used. Fortunately, they were also wrapped in a plastic bag, which contained most of the mess. I sent an email in the evening and the next day I received a phone call as soon as Celtic Sustainables opened for the day. They talked through my options and after a brief discussion had resolved the issue. I received replacements for the damaged paint the next day. No fuss, very polite and all round good service. I wish more companies were this good to deal with.”
