“Unfortunately it does not meet my expectations. The scent from two of different Cello purchases does not give off strong scents matching my previous type of wax melt which has been discontinued. I find after one or two uses, it has to be replaced which is expensive in the long run.”
“Not very good first 2 items nothing like the ones we ordered cost us £7 to return , second 2 faulty one only lit up a single light the other was very dim looked like second hand, had terrible time returning them 4 trips to the post office as the label wasn’t viable because of weight return them so went again with another label and was then told could only be returned by sorting office which was only open early from 9am till 10 or am, so all in all not a good experience, even the ones we’ve kept aren’t as good as our I originals as they are much dimmer, but didn’t feel like the hassle of returning them!!!!”
