“Very disappointed. The wax doesn't melt, the bulb isn't powerful enough or too far away from the wax tray, and so it's useless. There's no aroma. I wish I could return it but I didn't keep the box that it came in. It's such a pity because it is a nice design and is nice as a little lamp. Although the design grooves in the wax tray is another design flaw as wax gets stuck in it. Badly designed.”

I purchased a lamp using Shoppay (won't do that again either, not like paypal you have no protection)
The Lamp makes a horrendous noise and is not suitable for any quiet room. I wrote to them via their website, not a peep. Nada. Just for the hell of it I will return it at my cost and go large on social media to help others.”
