“Very disappointed. The wax doesn't melt, the bulb isn't powerful enough or too far away from the wax tray, and so it's useless. There's no aroma. I wish I could return it but I didn't keep the box that it came in. It's such a pity because it is a nice design and is nice as a little lamp. Although the design grooves in the wax tray is another design flaw as wax gets stuck in it. Badly designed.”

“Not very good first 2 items nothing like the ones we ordered cost us £7 to return , second 2 faulty one only lit up a single light the other was very dim looked like second hand, had terrible time returning them 4 trips to the post office as the label wasn’t viable because of weight return them so went again with another label and was then told could only be returned by sorting office which was only open early from 9am till 10 or am, so all in all not a good experience, even the ones we’ve kept aren’t as good as our I originals as they are much dimmer, but didn’t feel like the hassle of returning them!!!!”
