"The perfect cremation for my mum. The process from ringing them to them returning her ashes to me was a smooth process. They kept me informed ever step of the way. The col team were compassionate every step of the way. Mum was hand delivered back to me in a beautiful box, with cremation certificates. Two weeks after I received my mums ashes I received a certificate for a tree planting. Didn\u2019t realise this was in with the package and it warmed my heart to know a tree was being planted to remember my queen bee x\r\n\r\nMy dad was so happy with the process he signed up for the direct cremation plan. "Excellent, stress free service. I first heard about direct cremations a few years ago and thought it was a fantastic idea. The thought of having to arrange, and attend, my husband's funeral, would have been awful. He also wanted a direct cremation as he hated wasting money! I looked up a few companies offering direct cremation and decided on Celebration of Life. \r\n\r\nThey came to pick up Ken after an hour of phoning them even though it was close to midnight. The people who came to collect him were very respectful. I was kept informed every step of the way. I now have Ken's ashes ready to scatter where he wanted them. I'd recommend this service to anyone. My mum has just prepaid Celebration of Life for herself. I'll be having the same too. "

"Last year both my parents sadly passed away. I found their Cremation plans from Celebration of Life in their safe, and all I had to do was call the number on the information, and everything was just done for me, with care and attention to detail. Infact they were wonderful and so understanding, I just felt in safe hands. Also the plan was my parents wish, so no family disagreements over funerals etc were had. "2 years ago I took out a pre-paid plan for myself and my wife, last year my daughter was told that her cancer had become terminal but we all hoped she had some time to make the most of the time left, unfortunately, mid-November she went downhill by Dec 3rd I knew it was only days to go, I rang celebration of life to ask them if I could arrange a cremation with such short notice, they made everything so easy, as she was spending her last days in a hospice all I had to do was give the celebration of life's phone number to the hospice. My daughter passed away on the 7th Dec and after we said our good-byes everything else was taken over by celebration of life, we were kept informed all the way through to receiving her ashes. "Graham was a humble Black Countryman and although he'd suffered from several chronic illnesses over the past two years, his sudden demise still came as a great shock, not to mention a heart-breaking turmoil. Thankfully, with a little help from Google, I found the CoL website and, strange as it may seem, life became much less of an unwanted burden at such an emotional time.\r\nFrom that initial phone call when everything was explained in such clear detail I was convinced I'd be honouring his wishes and would not go wrong with CoL I was extremely impressed with the ongoing communication throughout the procedure. This enabled me to conduct the legal requirement at my own pace and to inform everyone accordingly. We were then able to arrange both individual and personal commemorative celebrations relevant to everyone who knew him. I also felt that the tree planted in Graham's memory was a wonderful tribute. So thank you CoL for such a professional, respectful and dignified service. Yes, Graham certainly had a good send-off, nationwide, in more ways than one.
