“I must have telephoned the tech guys 3 times before I actually purchased my cctv products and every time I got hold of a human being really quick and he answered my queries very well. When I completed the online order they telephoned me to say that I had mismatched some items and they refunded me straight away, they could have sent me the wrong items but they did not most firms would have taken your money and not cared. I was very impressed with CCTV Empire I would not hesitate in ordering again they went the extra mile and that counts.”

“CCTV Empire have been very helpful every step of the way. Brought the CCTV system on the Friday afternoon and was delivered Monday morning. They answered every email I sent and even helped to set the system up with me. Will be recommending to friends and family.”

“I throughly recommend CCTV Empire. Purchasing kit was very easy. Parcelforce missed the expected collection from them, which they chased up and kept me fully informed. I required some technical help following installation, which they provided ‘with a smile’. Their prices also seemed very good. Great company, thank you.”

“I usually ignore requests for reviews but I this is one company who more than deserves a 5 star +. The first time I can honestly say that this is a company that really does exceed expectation. Help with advice on choosing equipment. Fast delivery, Expert help in initial set up of cctv software. Best ever after sales help with any issues, never a problem. Easy to speak to on the telephone. Cant complement them enough. Other companies should use these as a benchmark for how to get 5 star reviews. Highly recommend.”

“Absolute legends, I have tried a number of CCTV companies and CCTV Empire are head and shoulders above all of them. It’s one thing having the knowledge which they have in absolute spades but it’s the delivery of that knowledge. Patience and a real willingness to really help you and so quickly. It is the first time using Hik vision and I was astounded by the quality. I will only buy from here in the future!!”

“Came across this company by accident and discovered how competitive there products were. I ordered the new Hikvision 4m colorvu camera and also the Hikvision NVR 7008 and what a great price both of them was. I had a small difficulty getting my Mic to work on the camera but after a short EMail they responded with the correct guidance. I will be using them in the future now for all purchases. 10 out 10 for them thanks.”

“Unusual for Hikvision but I had a faulty camera from brand new. Raised an RMA Monday, sent camera off pre paid by CCTV Empire and had a new one Wednesday! Amazing service, thanks to all.”
