“The guys at CCTV Empire are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had many online chats and also exchanged multiple emails before I purchased my cameras and DVR. Shipping took less than 24 hours and was well packaged. I have already recommended them to friends and family. I will be back for more !!”

“The team at CCTV Empire are just superb. We were having issues with a network setup and upgrade that included old cameras as well as new ones. We were totally at a loss until Ben remoted in and gave us a lot of his time sorting it all out for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“I needed 2 x additional cameras for my existing system originally purchased from CCTV Empire. From my initial enquiry to ordering, me installing and Ben assisting with the configuration (one of the cameras was via a remote POE switch and IP addressing etc)all was completed with minimal fuss, couldn't have been any easier. I would certainly recommend CCTV Empire to any friends & family as the help, knowledge and technical ability is always excellent.”

“Overall we are delighted with using CCTV. We called several times and it was great to be able to speak to someone so easily each time who went through our queries and also who knew the products so well. We also had a relatively technical installer who was going to do the install for us and even when there was a difference of opinion or recommendation the guys at CCTV were very open minded/fair about the differences. In our case we also needed to return something later and the process and speed of refund were both amazing. In the end, we installed a 6 camera HIK system and the guys at CCTV Empire were excellent. Would use them again .”

“Excellent customer service. I had bought an IP Camera which was not suitable for my needs so I phoned customer service and they explained the model I should have bought which was actually £60 cheaper and they arranged an RMA of the other one immediately. Very happy.”
