“Staff very friendly and approchable. Knowlageble about products avaliable. Took tiem to explain and ensure everything was understood before agreement to take product. No hard sell- just facts i.e. whats on offer, what you need to do, what this protects with/for/againt and the cost and ways to pay. Fast relible and delt with very proffesonaly. Would definatly recomend time and again.”

“This year I renewed my business cover and my public and employee liability with Catering Insurance, I cannot fault their service, insurance options, cover advice and customer care..... they were really helpful and did their best to get the most competitive price for me. They altered wording on my police efficiently and got all the docs sent to me promptly. Customer Service staff were great, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely be going to them for my home and contents insurance quote later this year.”

“Far too pushy trying to get me to sign up for another year. Had you contacted me again to remind me that my policy was coming to an end I would of gone elsewhere out of principal. I told your staff on the first call it was in hand but you completely ignored this and I still had a flurry of calls and email 'reminding' me of it was coming to an end. Typical large company behaviour.”

Our renewals procedure is a process developed over a number of years and we feel that for most customers, we have the correct balance between gently reminding and fervently chasing. At no point would we endeavour to put too much pressure on a customer to renew a policy. “Firstly I am Harry Close whom you spoke to at least 3 times yesterday - not Mark Lewis and as is indicated by my e mail address! I object to paying a renewal fee merely for you to take my money especially when I am paying you almost 3 weeks early and you are undoubtedly on a 30 day credit scheme.. Thankyou for deleting this. Other than the above its all good.”
