“I ordered and paid for one pack of 6 x 750ml disinfectant sprays. I received one single 750ml spray. I telephoned and have been advised there has been a mistake in the warehouse and the missing 5 sprays will be sent. I am waiting.........”

“Understand there are issues across all businesses currently which are affecting service - placed an order last Sunday for 7 boxes of gloves and paid for next day delivery After chasing and chasing and little communication from catering 24 order turned up Thursday- only 5 of the 7 arrived - sent emails and tried calling but no response - no offer to refund next day delivery costs and no comments about 2 boxes missing - VERY POOR”

“extremely happy with my purchase from catering24,couldnt get protective gloves or hand gel anywhere so I looked on here and got them,the gel is hospital strenghth and doesnt dry youre hands out,I will definately be using this company again,very fast delivery aswell.”

At the moment there are a few orders which the courier have failed on due to staff shortages in London because of Covid-19. We are working with the courier to get updates on your parcels and we even dispatched another parcel on a second delivery in an attempt for you to receive your product. “This is the only place to shop. With amazon and pretty much everywhere else, what you really need is out of stock. This is where Catering-24 comes to the rescue. That and the fact that next day delivery means exactly that. Amazing!”

“Most of it arrived. One product missing and nothing from yourselves to say it was out of stock. I had to contact you to see what had happened and only then was I told about that it was not currently available. That's fine but your confirmation that arrived only hours before delivery confirmed all products would be there and there was no real apology for the omission. Pity as all seemed to be going so well”
