“The customer Serivce i recieved was excellent from start to finish. After the order was placed I recieved an order confirmation immediately and this was followed by updates via email informing us of the progress of the order. I also made an error with the order quantity and had to re-order more goods meaning another delivery charge but Gino kindly refunded the delivery charge back to us. If only Customer Service was this good from every company. Thanks again”

“I ordered some recycled packaging for the Easter weekend, a little bit last minute, but was assured the package would arrive atleast before Good Friday on a red banner at the top of the page. When i woke up in the morning I found the confirmation email stating it would be delivered next Tuesday ( 6 days time). Obviously this was going to be a bit of a nightmare, over a bank holiday in a catering van, with no packaging. After messaging customer support, Gino was very kind and offered to get it sent out on Saturday delivery for me with no extra charge. This in effect saved my bank holiday business, and i am very grateful to them for doing so. An internet company with solid customer relations and I hope they do well. Have really struggled with internet companies customer support recently, so was great to have someone who cared on the other end. Many Thanks, especially to Gino x”

“Catering 24 supplied me with Boxes and Paper Bags at good prices and then charged me a high delivery charge which made the purchase a lot more expensive. Dont think I will be using the service again for that reason.”

Good Afternoon Carolyn, Thank you for your order, review and feedback. I have taken a look at your order and I can see you have selected a pre-10am delivery service which is a premium service. The charge for this delivery is £14.00 as your order was under £100 in value and is clearly displayed in the checkout. If your order is over £100 in value the next day delivery is free of charge (delivery up to 4pm). If your order is under £100 your delivery charge is only £6.00, this option would have been available to you in the checkout.
