“I made a mistake on my 2nd order and put the invoice address as the delivery address. After a couple of failed delivery attempts Catering24 were able to re-direct the package which was already at the courier. It may be helpful if on 2nd & subsequent orders the invoice address and the delivery address are pre-filled automatically. Either way, I as the customer need to take more care to ensure they are correct.”

“Quality foil containers. Delivered on time. I ordered the 9x9 foil containers just a little annoyed as to why the container quantity is 200 and the lid quantity is 500?? Not very practical will always be left with lids. Other then that quality was good”

Hi Chris, We can see that you placed the order on the 18th and that the order was delivered on the 19th @ 14.22pm. We had seen your message on Ebay, however after tracking your parcel that was now showing delivered, we marked your message as resolved.
