“I have not yet received the order that I placed. I was disappointed that the order was not sent with any tracking considering that the charge for postage was £72,75. I have previously ordered from Castle Hot Tubs and we are pleased with the product, but the delivery method needs to be reviewed.”

“I have used Castle Hot Tubs for a while now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. They have great customer service and delivery is super quick. They offer a 5% discount on purchases if you set up an account. Highly recommend.”
