“I called the company to confirm they were still trading whilst lockdown was in place they confirmed deliverys were still going ahead, but with a possible delay . The item arrived within the allotted time.”

“A really good company. Good prices and you get a discount if you register. I have used them since I got the hot tub. Very speedy delivery even in this crisis time. I look forward to getting my supplies from them in future when they re-open.”

“My interaction with Castle Hot Tubs took place during the current coronavirus lock-down, so it is really unfair to say anything negative. Product was replaced with alternative because of shortage - no problem. Delivery was slow - not their fault. Accidentally charged for postage - refund no problem. I'm sure they will be 5 star normally - perhaps that's what I should put now!!!”
