I had some email exchange with very helpful staff members, the problem was fixed an I was even offered a rebate for having waited. The items arrived when agreed, in perfect shape. I will probaly buy from them again, for the lighting in the other rooms.”

Was told order was to be commissioned by an artist, but the guys at Castlegate Lights managed to get it to me on a tight deadline with days to spare, so I could present the item as a gift to the local landlady of the Greyhound Pub. “I'm still getting used to ordering on line but Castlegate's website is clear and easy to follow and gave me all the information I needed. There are clear photos and all the information needed about bulbs etc. The lights were sent within the week of ordering and were well packaged with no breakages. The returnes policy is clear and fair tho' I didn't need to return anything. When I had all the lights fitted I ordered 2 more by phone where a pleasant and helpful woman efficiently took my order.
