The delivery was trackable during the day and the courier arrived on time. Packaging of fragile wall lights was more than adequate - no damage at all. “I was a bit apprehensive as I found the site through Google. I read good reviews and thought I'd go ahead and order. I decided to phone direct.I was waiting for some sort of automated answer machine to start speaking to me, but I was pleasantly greeted by a human - a lovely lady. I ordered my lights, but needed to know they would arrive by the weekend, so the customer service lady said she will speak to the supplier of the lights and call me back straight away. The answer was yes, but I then had an apologetic call half hour later to say the supplier would be at a fair so I wouldn't be able to receive my lights until Tuesday. This wasn't an issue as it was no fault of castle lights, but just human error by the lighting supplier. The lights arrived on Tuesday carefully packed. Very happy with the price and fantastic quality. Will definitely revisit the site again for future purchases.”
“We required new Christmas lights after our current lights failed over the holiday period. After Christmas we looked online and saw exactly what we wanted advertised by Castlegatelights. We ordered and received them within days without any fuss at quite a good price compared with other suppliers.
