“I have used this company for years, however on this occasion I am disappointed. The light I bought for £83 was "flatpacked" - very complicated and fir that price I expect it yo be ready madr. There needs to be a warning on the advert if Castlegate expect people to build lights. I was told I could return it for a refund, however the link they sent didn't work and when I asked customer services to sort out, they haven't got back to me to organise the return. I need the refund in order to buy a properly put together light.”
