The two times that there have been issues 1) breakage of a glass shade in transit- shade replaced with new within 2 days 2) courier issues- castlegate managed that through for me. So post sale customer service in my very real experience is great. Recommended”

“Goods were excellent, delivery via APC was poor. Overnight slot was cancelled early on - not a problem. Monday?s delivery didn?t happen, and Tuesday even less information. Wednesday only happened due to a switched on driver, who realised that the allocated slot was likely to fall off the bottom, and delivered early. All this despite Castlegate chasing them. Would check the courier before using again.”
