The dimmable lamp I have purchased works fine but no matter what new bulb I put in, it strobes on the highest setting (this is not the case with the bulbs I bought for the original lamp which work perfectlyand are identical). I spoke with Jane who was incredibly helpful and understanding and asked me to follow up if the matter wasn't resolved. I know it seems odd to give 5 stars for something that's not working properly but Castlegate are doing everything in their power to sort it out, so I can't fault the company at all.”

I received an email from Castlegate stating my order had been delivered. Tried to call, got voicemail. Sent an email three days ago and I'm still awaiting a response.
