“At last! a Company you can actually call and speak to a human. Wake up other suppliers! Several months ago I purchased 2 gorgeous DAL 5 arm chandeliers. I was nervous as they were pricey but wow, when I opened the huge amount of packaging I was absolutely frilled. Think these are my best purchase ever. I still look up at these lights now and smile. They look amazing turned off too which is unusual. The chrome curved arms are solid and I was even more surprised by the Crystal ceiling rose, I thought it was chrome, it just sparkles day snd night, also the Crystal droplet is heavy and true crystal not acrylic hence the price. This chandelier also has glass scones which shine lovely. I have been searching for nearly two years now as I wanted something special for my low ceiling (7?8?) sorry to say again but these are just perfect, the measurements are true to size and the drop does include the crystal droplet. I thought they would be too wide but not at all these would look grand in a smaller lounge. I purchased separately soft warm white bulbs. My electrician said he would not normally comment on people?s purchases but said these are quality light fittings and for a change a pleasure to install. I will be purchasing more lights from Castlegate. Very impressed with the service and arrived in 3 days!!!!”
“Always use your site and find everything very efficient. The quality of the items purchased does vary slightly depending on the manufacturer. On this occasion the item is good and adequate but a bit lop sided. A bit of gentle force required and all good.”
