“Order placed on Wednesday, items detailed as ‘in stock’ and would be delivered within 1-2 working days. Delivery originally confirmed for Friday, yet didn’t arrive. Only 1 item turned up on the Saturday and still waiting on another 5 items. Had an electrician booked over the weekend to install the lights which I’m now going to have to rearrange. Not good service at all, if they cannot fulfill expected delivery dates they shouldn’t be advertising this on the website.”
“Terrible experience. Purchased two expensive ceiling lights where the images on the website showed that they came with the shades. It’s not until you scroll to the description it says fitting only. Received and so very disappointed. Customer service was poor to rectify so having to return both - what a waste of carbon energy in packing, delivery and returns. Suggest Castlegate lights get their website accurate, we are in 2024. Embarrassing.”
