“The lights arrived safely and promptly. However I have a major complaint about your castlegstights.fr website. It appears very French / EU with EUR pricing etc. You need to make it much plainer to French customers that there is a liability to customs duties. I realise it is in the small print of your T&C’s and that the mayhem caused by Brexit is not if you’re doing. But by placing a note about these possible charges on the page where the cost of the item is shown possible customers in France would definitely be appear of their liability to custom charges. It is not apparent that the website is actually U.K. based not French based.”
