“Purchased a Draper mobile hosepipe. It's very good. Through the snowy weather understandably the item was delayed in arriving but the guy on the phone said he would chase it and he did and kept in touch. Well done that man.”

“The Charger cable on my B & Q drill got trapped and snapped. Couldn't repair it. a replacement charger for said drill would have cost me more than the original purchase. Then I saw a same spec charger with same plug (for a different drill) on your web site at a fantastic price. bought it, tried it and now have 2 fully charges batteries and a drill back in action. Thankyou”

“Bought a variety of small joinery items for a birthday present for my grandson. Delivery was quicker than expected and the quality of everything was excellent. “Decent kit but a bit slow on delivery considering it was in stock and I didn't take the cheapest postage option took over a week from ordering. I'm a m/e contractor and I needed the tools quick for a job. Won't use you again.”

“Nothing wrong with the actual product after all torch bulbs are torch bulbs however what I do object to most emphatically is the postal charges of £ 4.96 (+ £1.10 VAT.) The package inc. padded envelope was just over 1g in weight I can send up to 500g. First class postage for £1.74 furthermore the package was sent second class. I certainly will never use or recommend this company. I won’t make the mistake of not reading the final invoice again but shame on you Cassel Industrial Products.”

Our apologies, our default carriage is the £4.95. There is a cheaper option of £2.90 which is available in the drop down menu when you order. This was a mistake on our part, we will refund the difference.
