“My order and Delivery was trouble free. The quality of the cashmere was really lovely but unfortunately the neckline didn’t fit me well and therefore didn’t look right on me. I returned it on the day that it was delivered by first class post and included the necessary paperwork. This was a week ago and there has been a bank holiday but I haven’t received any acknowledgment yet. I do have proof of postage though.”

“I love Cashmere & Cotton. The products are fantastic and the service is excellent. I have just used their cleaning and reconditioning service for three of my favourite C&C cashmere jumpers. Totally well worth the money! A great job, good communication and a quicker than expected turn-round. Oh and my jumpers look just like new! Thank you to the team, especially Marlena who kept me informed of progress.”

“Very disappointed. The fabric looks ok but the size …? To me oversized is casually fitted in the shoulders and really generous over belly and hips. Unfortunately it is rather “slim-fit”, not at all as on the pictures!”

“Very nice . The sleeves need to be a bit longer . I had to take the cuff down and even then it could do with another inch . Hopefully you’ll take this on board and rectify it”

“Love 💕 Love 💕 Love 💕 my cashmere scarf and jumper! It was quite an outlay for me over which I deliberated for a long time, but I'm so glad I went for it. They are beautiful quality, cozy and warm like a hug and sumptuous to wear.
