“Unfortunately, I did not receive my order. Instead I took a call explaining that they had possibly miscounted the jumpers they had in stock and were unable to fulfill my order. I was offered another colour but no compensation for the error.”

Good Evening Laura, So sorry that you feel you need to leave a negative review. When stock is so low, we occasionally find the stock count out due to damages or returns, and we apologise that your item was not available. “Love the jumper - tempted to get another in different colour. Shame that jumpers are now sent in a plastic bag, rather than the feeling of luxury that receiving one carefully packed in a cardboard box gave me!”

“Lovely cashmere woolly hat (I bought it in dinghy), really warm and cosy. I have a fairly small head and it fits me very nicely but I think it would be fine for bigger heads too as there's a lot of stretch in it.”

“I love the cashmere sweaters that I have purchased and there is no better way to protect them from moths than the special storage bags that you can purchase. These storage bags are great and the pesky moths can see your sweaters but are unable to lay their eggs in the gorgeous cosy sweaters.”

“Love the quality, styles and colours that Cashmere and Cotton offer and they would always be my first point of call for Cashmere. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately Royal Mail let them down with regard to my latest order, which meant that I waited a week for delivery of something I'd wanted for a particular occasion. Hopefully this was a one-off!”
