“Reading the positive reviews here leaves me in disbelief, and even more disappointed the following has happened to me. In December, I sent a cashmere jumper to Cashmere Circle for repair and two months later I received it back in appalling conditions. After their inspection, we agreed on 6 'invisible' and 3 'best possible' mends. However, the repairs are all very noticeable, pulling threads or left with loose threads, and one hole has not even been mended at all. A truly poor quality job and unprofessional service from this company. They admitted wrongdoing and offered a partial refund, which, however, never arrived. Paypal did not help either, claiming this type of service is not eligible for buyer protection. Beware. Will update should I receive the promised refund.”

“Although the number of holes increased once the garment had been washed and inspected, and hence the cost went up, this was definitely worth the expense given the near impossibility of replacing the garment, never mind the cost. When it was returned it was nearly impossible to spot the repairs. Excellent work, at least as good as the firm I used to use (no longer available) and I will not hesitate to use Cashmere Circle again when required.”
