“I have used Cashmere Circle a couple of times now ( for five different cashmere jumpers). The pre repair customer service is superb. Good communication and a lot of sense is spoken. This is as well as the repairs themselves which mean that every jumper has not only come back without holes but also looking as if we had just bought them new. Given how classic most cashmere styles are and how expensive a good new jumper is , this service is excellent value and has the added advantage of being better for the planet too. I heartily recommend this service. Their jumper bags are also very good.”
