“There was a delay on one of my items and I was contacted straight away. As soon as the items were in stock they were dispatched. Great service and lovely products, thank you.”
“Please be cautious when considering this company. I must say, their customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered.
I sent them a cashmere poncho, and they informed me that it had three holes and required an additional payment. I promptly paid the extra amount. However, they then claimed that after washing and de-fluffing the poncho, it now had over 20 holes. I was confused and asked for clarification. Their explanation was that the de-fluffing process caused the sudden appearance of these holes. I brought to their attention that I had come across clothing on their Instagram that appeared to be in a worse condition with more holes, yet the customer had received their item back looking like new. They were unable to provide a response to this, which led me to believe that it was false advertising.
They assured me that they would refund me in full, which they did. However, they also asked if I would consider donating the damaged poncho to them. I declined and requested the item back so I could assess the damage they had caused. To my dismay, they denied causing the 20+ holes and “returned” the poncho.
I had a DPD shipping notification a few days later, I discovered that it had mysteriously disappeared. DPD never delivered my item. I requested compensation for the vanishing item, but they informed me that they only insure up to £50 unless the customer specifies otherwise. They did give me £100, whether this was from them or DPD I don’t know. They then took 28 working days to do this. I was truly shocked by their response, especially considering that the poncho had originally cost me over £400. According to them, it simply wasn't worth it because it was used. I couldn't believe what I was reading.
Initially, I had considered taking legal action against them in a small claims court, but my partner convinced me that it wouldn't be worth the effort, with them being in Scotland it would be more difficult. Instead, he purchased another poncho for me.
All in all, I must say that this experience was absolutely dreadful. I would never recommend in a million years.”

“CC repaired a beloved cashmere polo and you could never tell - the nine small holes they fixed were utterly invisible when it was returned to me. It's not a cheap service but I feel we owe it to the planet to recycle and reuse wherever possible. It came back to me cleaned and wrapped carefully in tissue with a pretty lavender bag. If you're prepared to shell out I highly recommend this service.”

“I was delighted to receive my Repaired and Revived cashmere sweater back within the timescales specified. It did seem expensive (£55) in comparison to a previous repair to the same sweater which was carried out free of charge. However, my favourite jumper is now as good as new and ready for the Winter. It was beautifully re-packaged in a ziplock bag and paper outer. The little lavender bauble was a lovely touch. Ironically I wore it the following day to the Johnstons of Elgin Annual Sale! Money well spent on a wardrobe staple.
