“This service waaaaay exceeded my expectations! They fixed my favourite jumper to perfection and sent it back to me beautifully packaged and refreshed. I will 100% be sending more jumpers to be fixed.”
“I was impressed by the quick response when I emailed Cashmere Circle about recycling cashmere jumpers. I love the way they plant trees to help combat global warming as a thank-you for donations. The only negative comments I have are about the rather counter-intuitive system for logging the number of items to be recycled; and the confirmatory email, which had out-of-date information. However, it seems that real people then contacted me to give options for posting the garments. Postage is free for the donor, they offer packaging if you have none, and a Royal Mail pick-up service if getting to a Post Office is difficult. Really, I give Cashmere Circle 9/10, but the option here is marks out of five, hence the score.”
“The quality of work done in repairing my cashmere cardigan (it needed elbow patches) was great. A very old cardigan was returned looking almost as good as new.”
“Flawless work! My second time having a much-loved jumper repaired. This time my mum’s 40 year old wool guernsey which had a moth hole in the chest. It’s now perfect and I’m excited for another 40 years of wear. Excellent customer service too.”
“Pleased that I was able to re cycle my holey sweaters and help with planting trees at the same time . All very straight forward using a print off labe for free posting . I used a large plastic carrier bag turned inside out to put the jumpers in then taped it up securely .”
“I was so excited to find CC and had some good comms with Pam. I was about to post the item when I was told any parcels received after 19th Jan would be held over at a sorting office until 29th Jan !!! Have you any idea how much goes ‘ missing’ from sorting offices ? I’m afraid I’ll be finding alternative sources who don’t impose that sort of inconvenience at such short notice”
“The cardigan of a ‘Twin Set’ which was a very special Christmas Gift a few years ago was restored and laundered by Cashmere Circle. The service was great and important information was given before the choice to proceed with the repair etc. Upon receipt of my garment (of which I opened nervously) I discovered to my absolute delight that my cashmere cardigan was utterly flawless in repair, renew and colour. I am totally thrilled with the results and would wholeheartedly recommend Cashmere Circle to anyone who needs a repair of the pesky moth bitten cashmere. Thankyou Cashmere Circle!!”
“Really pleased with quite serious repairs on 2 garments. Great service and excellent communications. We're first time users and would definitely recommend.”
“Wow! What a great service. I would never of believed it possible. The damage to my moth eaten Cashmere have been fautlessly repaired. Well done and thank you.”
“January 2024.
Although the cashmere pullover proved not to be cost effective due to the number of moth holes the service was exceptionally quick, very professional and very courteous.
I will have no hesitation in sending any future garments for repair.
Greatly appreciated!”
