“useless, the "help" you suggested led to no where. My credit rating isn't great but it's not terrible, my income isn't great but it's also not terrible. I should have had no problem getting a small loan but no where you suggested would accept me.”

“Applied for a loan for £300 was desperate as my finances had changed from being paid weekly to monthly needed the loan for food gas and electricity people arnt given a second chance to prove themselves”
