“I found myself in dire straits after suffering a flood which knocked out my till and card machine just before the busiest week of the year.I found the cash register group online.I have never been so impressed with any company that I have ever dealt with.Straight away, Louise who I was dealing with,was into action, going above and beyond what she had to do ( it was 5 minutes before her closing time) .She was incredibly helpful and had me sorted with a new machine that evening and had it programmed and delivered within 2 days.I cannot recommend this company enough.Its refreshing that there is a company out there who put customer service above all else.Many thanks... “WHAT A GREAT COMPANY! I purchased a Sharp 217, it arrived as promised the following day. Lots of good videos showing how to use it, program it etc. Because of tight timescales and not having agreed product prices, I chose to program it myself, using the PC Software tool and transferring the data onto the till using the purchased SD card. All went smoothly. I had a few queries but they were extremely helpful on the phone, always willing despite my several calls and answered things quickly and simply.”
