“I ordered one HP Cartridge and one of tehri won brands. However, I didn't realise my Printer was set up to reject any brand otter than HP. I guess so that have the monopoly on cartridges. Anyway I emailed the company and Alison was very helpful and set a credit for the rejected cartridge. Buyer be aware of what your printer will allow. Very satisfied with the outcome. Well done Alison, excellent customer service”

“Their refill cartidges work on my HP Deskjet 3750 though the level indicator does not show a full cartidge on the black and zero on the colour. But it prints ok.”

“Speedy service and good price, but the cheaper mailing price mentioned on thweb (ie £1.49) was not available and it had to eb £3 something. A bit steep when teh order was under £20.”

“My order came very promptly, quicker than I was expecting, which was great. My only critisism is that my printer does not show the correct ink level with the compatible cartridges.”

There is a note on the product descriptions you purchased that states "These cartridges are guaranteed to work with the latest HP Firmware update but may not show ink levels. “I have purchased ink cartridges from The Cartridge People for many years and have found the standard of service generally excellent. In recent years however I have been persuaded to purchase generic ink cartridges by receiving calls from you after I have placed an order for branded versions. Subsequently I have had problems including incomparable chips and recently a leaking cartridge ruining an expensive carpet. I did receive an empathetic apology, a replacement ink cartridge and some complimentary tea bags!”

“Thanks Liam for sorting things out on the Chatbox, however I cringe when I start using these things as you know that the person might be juggling several "callers" and so the "chat" goes on for ages. Probably much longer than a phone call - that's if there's a phone help line of course!! Ended up walking around the house with Laptop in arm, preparing lunch at one stage.”

“Always good prices and well stocked. Free delivery, when spending over a set amount, is usually quite fast but recently deliveryby Evri was anything but (just within 5 days). This is almost enough to make me look elsewhere if I experience problesm agin.”
